TAKE NOTICE
that pursuant to Section 12 of the Development Charges Act, 1997, the Municipal Council of the Town of Fort Erie intends to hold a Public Meeting on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 6:00 PM to consider amendments to Development Charges By-law No. 98-09.

The Development Charge Background Study provides a comprehensive analysis of services and growth related infrastructure requirements and costing, and provides recommendations regarding the recovery of servicing costs through development charges that are consistent with provincial policy. The study also provides information in sufficient detail for council to consider the overall benefits and effects of implementing revised Development Charges.
